The project is a modern interior using high quality natural materials and a warm color scheme. The floors are laid with quartz vinyl laminate in chevron format and large-format porcelain stoneware. Decorative plaster with suede texture, painting and innovative material – bamboo panels with wood texture are used for finishing the walls. Concealed swinging doors are installed.
THOUGHTFUL ORGANIZATION OF SPACE
This project is a thoughtful transformation of a 40-meter apartment, demonstrating an efficient use of space and a harmonious combination of functionality and aesthetics. The layout, based on flowing curved lines, provides a visual expansion of space and a smooth transition between zones. The entrance hall opens up to the combined kitchen-living room, where all the necessary functional areas are competently zoned. Despite its compactness, the apartment includes a full-fledged dressing room and a workplace organized on the loggia, access to which is provided by a sliding stained glass window. Even a Christmas tree will find its place here thanks to the thoughtful organization of space. The kitchen is equipped with a large worktop, smoothly transitioning into a stylish half-bar countertop, providing comfort and convenience of cooking. Built-in elements and thoughtful lighting emphasize the laconism and elegance of the design. The bathroom and checkroom are neatly integrated into the overall layout while remaining functionally independent. The project demonstrates mastery in creating a comfortable and stylish living space even in a limited space
