The heart of the apartment is undoubtedly the spacious kitchen-living room, filled with light and air. Here it is easy to imagine the whole family gathering for dinner, sharing the impressions of the day, or friends enjoying a relaxed conversation on a soft sofa. The ergonomic kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, will inspire culinary masterpieces, and the stylish design will create an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality.

Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of coziness and harmony of this refined and laconic apartment, where every square meter is thoughtfully designed! On an area of 63 square meters spreads an oasis of comfort, ideal for the modern family.
The original layout from the old tenants was very cramped and uncomfortable, so it was decided to completely redesign the apartment and move the kitchen into the old children’s area. The tight balcony was joined to the room, which greatly increased the space and created a functional space.
