This two-story, high-end comfort-class house is built on the shores of the pristine Istrinsky Reservoir in the "Istragrad" cottage settlement, located 55 km from the Moscow Ring Road. We worked with immense enthusiasm on this project, creating a unique space where an atmosphere of a warm family nest coexists with an extravagant club space reminiscent of the salons of the American elite of the early 20th century.
The house features a spacious garage, covering 220 square meters, providing ample space for cars, quad bikes, jet skis, and even a boat. All the bedrooms and dressing rooms are located on the second floor. The first floor is dedicated to an elegant lounge area with mirrored panels, a fireplace, and a large TV. It's adorned with Orac Decor moldings, luxurious soft furniture, marble-like ceramic granite flooring, and natural veneer decor. Delicate round rugs harmonize with premium "Centrsvet" round light fixtures. A spacious dining area in the neoclassical style occupies a separate space, creating a soft glow through well-arranged lighting and the use of shimmering brass elements.
The winter garden with vertical greenery on the first floor has been transformed into an atmospheric club and chill-out zone. It features a disco ball, lighting, and audio equipment—just bring in a top DJ. We've designed a gym and spa area with a hammam, Russian sauna, and plunge pool. There's also a Jacuzzi and showers. Adjacent to it, you'll find an unexpectedly authentic and charismatic men's bar with stylish leather sofas, a bar counter for playing darts, smoking a hookah, and listening to Tom Waits with a cigar in hand.
The second floor features four bedrooms with walk-in closets and bathrooms, along with a stylish home office. The children's room is a true fairytale realm in soft pastel shades, complete with a walk-in closet scaled for adults. Our pride and joy is the elegant terrace-solarium. Smart zoning allowed us to place a large dining table, loungers, and armchairs, all with a mesmerizing view of the water.
