Moscow, Russia, «Discovery Park» residential complex
In this apartment in the Moscow business-class residential complex “Discovery Park,” it was important to make it not only stylish but also highly functional. Fortunately, there were no load-bearing walls inside the apartment, so we had a lot of freedom to create the perfect layout. And it all worked out! On such a small area, we managed to fit two bedrooms, a walk-in closet, a living room with a kitchen area, and two bathrooms. In the second bathroom, we designed a small shower so that the owners could wash their beloved corgi’s paws after walks.
Bold character
In this project, we immersed ourselves in the play of rich textures, bold lines, as well as intricate and vibrant natural patterns. The space is filled with original geometric accents. Modules of linear ceiling lights are arranged at an angle, resembling an artistic statement about the priority of individuality. Similarly shaped metal elements divide the porcelain stoneware tiles on the floor into asymmetrical parts, creating visual harmony with the lighting elements.

Nature and urbanism
In the design of different zones, we used a mesmerizing combination of marble-like patterns, Italian Laminam porcelain stoneware with an imitation of aged wood, and vibrant, slightly eccentric ceramic tiles resembling stone – these tiles are reminiscent of abstract expressionist paintings. We chose green as an accent color, and it harmoniously complements this exuberance of nature tamed by the city.
